Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and TranslatorOS ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the TranslatorOS platform and related services. By accessing the Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription, Billing & Cancellations

• Free Trial: New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial of the "Expert" plan. Unless cancelled before the end of the trial period, your selected payment method will be charged automatically.
• Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
• Plan Changes: Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other user accounts.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Our IP: The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TranslatorOS.

Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to the data, files, and content you upload to the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your material.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TranslatorOS makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TranslatorOS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
